Have you ever felt caught between logic and emotion? The tug-of-war between the head and the heart is quite the task for humans.

With the help of our wonderful mind, humans create rules, categories and ideal ways to think and feel. But this very habit creates more complexity for us. Many of us find ourselves stuck or lost in figuring out the ‘right’ thoughts, feelings and decisions.

“Three Coffee Stains Later” is a companion for us to untangle our thoughts, bring in more introspection and accompany us in a journey that will be liberating as we understand the workings of our mind!

I really enjoyed reading it, it takes you on a journey to discover your triggers and your inner self. It's actually quite embedded with a lot of in depth information but it doesn't feel heavy because of the parallels drawn with movies and literature. And I love love love the comical illustrations, make it even more fun to read. Want to keep going back to the book to dip into it.

~Poonam~

My problem with psychological concepts has always been that they didn't seem relatable and hence couldn't retain them in memory... The examples from movies and stories in this book really help connect the concepts to real life and make the subject seem interesting as well as relevant.
